Luttopia reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any User in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent behaviour, or any action that compromises the integrity of the Site.
Article 4 – User Account
Purchasing e-stickers and participating in prize draws requires the creation of a user account. The User undertakes to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Article 5 – Digital Products (E-Stickers)
5.1 Nature of the Products
E-stickers are digital collectibles. They have no intrinsic monetary value and do not constitute a financial asset or cryptocurrency. No physical product is shipped.
5.2 Delivery
Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. The product is transmitted electronically and automatically added to the User's account.
5.3 Allocation
Purchases are based on a guaranteed allocation model: each User receives the sticker they selected and validated during their order. There is no random purchase mechanism.
Article 6 – Sticker Categories
6.1 Common Stickers
Digital collectibles purchased for a fee. Quantities are strictly limited (e.g., 2,000 units per collection). Each Common Sticker purchased grants one entry into the associated prize draw.
6.2 Bonus Stickers (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
Bonus Stickers are not sold. They are awarded free of charge when the User reaches predefined collection milestones. They do not affect commercial stock and do not constitute paid entries into the prize draw.
Article 7 – Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and/or euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes where relevant, in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
Payments are processed by secure and authorised payment service providers (card networks, Apple Pay, etc.). Luttopia does not store Users' complete bank details at any time.
Luttopia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are charged at the rate in force at the time of order validation.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase.
By placing an order, the consumer:
- Expressly consents to the immediate performance of the contract and the provision of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period;
- Expressly acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
These provisions apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. An explicit consent checkbox is presented during the checkout process.
Article 9 – Liability
Luttopia undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the delivery of e-stickers. However, Luttopia shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure, internet network malfunction, failure of the User's reception equipment, or any event beyond its reasonable control.
Luttopia's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury.
Article 10 – Customer Service and Complaints
For any question, complaint, or assistance request, the User may contact Luttopia at: contact@luttopia.fr. Luttopia undertakes to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
